  • I agree that vitamins are important for us especially for pregnant women. But nothing beats fresh fruit and vegetable juices when it comes to essential vitamins and minerals. Most important of all is to eat a healthy and well-balanced diet that would nourish both you and the baby.

  • Loved this article, I am firm believer in vitamins,during pregnancy or just a everyday vitamin. The way we eat today is the reason for a lot of sicknesses and or diseases.If we all took care of our bodies and are unborn children insurance costs would not be so high ,because there would be a lot less diseases and illnesses.And why not do something good for your body we will go out and spend fifty dollars on a pedicure but avoid buying high priced vitamins,that makes no sense to me.
