Death of Michael Jackson: Poor Michael

The death of Michael Jackson took not only the USA, but the world by storm. For now, we review the history of Michael Jackson’s life, his accomplishments, and his pains.
What day did Michael Jackson die? I have had at least 10 people ask me that question. Michael Jackson died on June 25, 2009 in his bedroom along side Dr. Murray his personal physician. Although he had no real heart problem the Doctor was a cardiologist specializing in treating heart patients. Why was Dr. Murry caring for Michael if Michael didn’t have a real heart condition? I’m sure you have questions of your own.
Who was the cause of the death of Michael Jackson. The defense believes they will show that he (Michael) was frustrated because the Doctor wouldn’t give him the medications he wanted. The science will show you that Michael Jackson swallowed (himself) 8 lorazepam pills, and specialist will tell you that 8 lorazepam pills is enough to put 6 people to sleep, not one.
The defense will claim that the death of Michael Jackson was caused when the Doctor left the room. When Dr. Murray was out of the room using the bathroom, Michael injected more propofol. (Somewhere I heard he drank it). The propofol killed Michael instantly, or so the defense will claim.
What Michael was really preparing to do, at the 02 arena, was to create history, not just for us but for himself. He was very excited about this upcoming tour. You will hear from people who worked with Michael, the production team for ” This is It !” . What they will tell you is that Michael has not performed for 10 years. Michael never planned on his death, nor did his Doctor intend to kill him. Again, the defense will claim.
These particular series of concerts were going to be his “absolution”. He needed to do these shows and he was intimately involved in the production.
Whatever impression you come into here with concerning Michael Jackson, remember this. He was involved with every aspect of this show. The 3D effects, everything, this is how Michael Jackson was going to be remembered.
Michael Jackson needed to do this show. Randy Phillips will tell you that this wasn’t going to end for Michael, with the ” This is It ” tour. Mr. Phillips will claim that Michael would be able to do 4 segments of a world tour, that he could attend and perform at, and it wouldn’t end at that. He was being lured back into action, or so some will come to believe.
You will see in Michael’s own handwriting he had a plan for 4-5 movies. At the age of 50, he had earned 100′s of millions of dollars. With the world tour, it wouldn’t be even a close second to what he could earn. All he had to do to set this in motion was to do the 02 tour. Please read all our comments on the the Michael Jackson death trial throughout our blog here, and our forums. We are closely following the trial because of the great public interest.
Dr. Murray met Michael Jackson while he was in Vegas, because he had saved and helped his father, and another time one of his children were sick while he was called to the Las Vegas hotel. The defense will also claim that Dr. Murray, even though in Vegas, he had never met a celebrity before. The defense will claim that Dr. Murray is not a greedy person, and would give away services to those who couldn’t afford medical attention or prescriptions.
The death of Michael Jackson is very sad. To a world that truly loved his art, we long to have him return from the grave. In a large way, this trial brings back to life, the real Michael Jackson, although unable to defend himself. I truly believe, (my personal opinion, as a totally objective writer) is that Michael would kindly let Dr. Murray walk away with less than a small slap on the wrist.
Michael loved everyone, I’m quite sure he would be mortified to see this Doctor on trial, if even for his own death. That’s just the way Michael “rolled”.
With this in mind should we free Doctor Murray?
In a case that involves money, greed, death, drugs, and movie-stardom, when combined it always becomes a bit more interesting.

This is the year of the Presidential election. How many of you are diligently watching all the stuff going on with the political figures ...

I agree with what you have laid out here. Michael’s death is considered a tragedy by most people. Although Dr. Murray is not guilty of murder in my opinion, he is still answerable to the law for his negligence. Should we free him or not? What do you think? For me, no but he should be tried on malpractice rather than murder.
We have several blogs concerning the death of Michael Jackson, while the story is sure to be continued, we chose to follow every moment in this trial for a lot of reasons, number one, Michael was obviously beloved, number two, that’s what we do! Can you imagine though what the Doctor must have been thinking, while he taped Michael’s drugged-up rants, poor Michael indeed. I had to cringe when that bit of evidence was released, and imagined the Doctor giving him more drugs after that, for sure, for sure criminal negligence at the very least. Wow!
What a tragedy, Michael was a young man with a tortured soul. But in all reality I do not think the doctor was trying to kill him I think he was doing what Michael asked of him….but he as a doctor should have not given so much medication…..so at the very least involuntary manslaughter!!
